Currently, Gift Cards cannot be used toward payment for events, Platinum Memberships or merchandise on shop.topgolf.com. At select Topgolf locations (Atlanta, Cleveland, Columbus, Houston Katy, Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa), card may be applied toward payment for online reservations.

Digital: Your eGift Card will be sent via email on the delivery date you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most eGift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, eGift Cards are sent on the morning of the scheduled delivery date. Please see the 'eGift Cards' section below for more about eGift Cards.

Physical: Delivery times are determined by the Shipping Method selection. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your Gift Card is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, with which you may access the current shipping status of your gift.

International purchases for Gift Cards can be processed using the PayPal payment option for eGift Cards or physical Gift Cards delivered to a US address.

Card is issued by and represents an obligation of Topgolf Pro, LLC. Purchase or use of card constitutes acceptance of the following terms. Card cannot be redeemed until activated. Purchases made with the card will be deducted from the balance until it reaches $0.00. Card is redeemable at any Topgolf location in the United States. Not valid at Swing Suite or Toptracer Range locations. It cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Treat card as cash, as it will not be replaced if lost or stolen, except where required by law. Card has no expiration date and incurs no dormancy fees. Topgolf reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time, as provided at topgolf.com/giftcards.

Sales tax will not be added when purchasing a Gift Card. Purchases made with a Gift Card will be taxed including game play credit, food & beverage, retail, lessons and merchandise.

Game Play Bonus Cards are complimentary cards that are redeemable at any Topgolf location in the Unites States for game play only. It is not a cash Gift Card and because it is a promotional card, has the below provisions for use:

• For every $50 in Topgolf Gift Cards purchased online Dec. 1 - 25, 2020, a $10 Game Play Bonus Card was awarded. Valid for use Dec. 26, 2020 - Mar. 31, 2021.
• For every $100 in Topgolf Gift Cards purchased online Nov. 26 - 30, 2020, a $25 Game Play Bonus Card was awarded. Valid for use Dec. 1, 2020 - Mar. 31, 2021.
• Not valid at Lounge, Swing Suite or Toptracer Range locations.
• Not valid toward gratuities, food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, or other merchandise.
• May be used in conjunction with a Topgolf Gift Card, but cannot be used in combination with any other coupon, offer or promotion, and not valid for use on parties or events.
• May be used only once and applied to only one (1) membership.
• Only one (1) code may be used per group/bay.
• Any unused value will be forfeited.
• Cannot be substituted and has no cash value.

The Shareable Appetizer Bonus was a complimentary card, received for every $50 in Topgolf Gift Cards purchased online or in venue Feb. 10 - 14, 2021. All Bonus Cards were sent to the purchaser’s email address.

Bonus Cards are subject to separate terms of use: Valid for one (1) use Feb. 15 - Mar. 31, 2021 and good for one (1) Shareable appetizer up to $13.00 ($16.00 in Las Vegas, NV) at any Topgolf location in the U.S. Only one (1) Card may be used per person, per visit. Card must be presented prior to receiving final bill. Excludes Wing Trio, Pick 6 Bundle, Shrimp Tempura and Shareable Platters. Card is not valid toward gratuities, game play, private parties, food other than what is listed under Bites & Shareables, and alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. Card has no cash value, is non-transferable, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, altered or damaged. Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Card may be used in conjunction with Topgolf Gift Cards. Not valid at Swing Suites or Toptracer Range locations.
