A bet on 12 numbers on any of three lines on the roulette table (like as 1st line - 1-4-7-10 and down to 34). The chip is to be placed on the square below the last number in this line. A bet on either the first (1-12), second (13-24), or third (25-36) twelve numbers. On an American roulette wheel layout, you will see 38 pockets in total: the numbers 1-36, as well as 0 (zero) and 00 (double zero). Each of these pockets is exactly the same size, meaning all numbers are equally likely to be hit on any given spin. By contrast to the regular bets on a roulette table, a Neighbours bet allows you to bet on entire sectors that are related to the roulette. You have the 36 regular numbers, split into columns of 12, and sitting on top is a single, green zero. So while you can get 35/1 odds on hitting one of your numbers, the chances are actually 36/1 when you add the green zero segment because there are 37 segments in total.

Roulette inside bets:
Straight (or Single): You will be betting on a single number by placing your chip right on the middle of the number square you choose.
Split: This is a bet made on two adjoining numbers, these can be vertical or horizontal and to make it you must place the chip on the line between these numbers.
Street: On this bet you choose three numbers located on a single horizontal line. The player places the chip on the edge of the line of a number located at the end of the line he wishes to bet on. Depending on the layout it can be placed left or right.
Corner (or Square): You will bet on a square layout (as in 11-12-14-15) by placing your chip at the horizontal and vertical intersection of the lines located in between the four numbers.
Six line (or Double Street): as the name says, this is a bet made on two adjoining streets, you’re your chip will go at the corresponding intersection.
Roulette outside bets: these usually have lower payouts
1 to 18: You will be betting on any number below 18 to come up after the wheel spins.
19 to 36: You will be betting on any number from 19 to 36 to appear after the wheel spins.
Red or black: You will be betting on the color, not the number.
Even or odd: You bet on even or odd numbers to show.
